Since commencing the NEIS contract in 2015, My Pathway has supported more than 1,700 participants into self-employment. Our commitment to quality training and mentoring, and connection to the local business community supports our participants to establish and evolve their business ventures.
We believe the proposed Self-Employment Services (SES) will enable more people to start and run their own business, and importantly generate an income for themselves and potential employees. My Pathway aims to deliver SES with an emphasis on developing participant confidence, connecting them to professional networks, and growing sustainable and profitable businesses.
