More than 26% of our staff identify as Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander and we have long-standing connections with many remote Indigenous communities throughout Australia.
Each year we participate in key Indigenous celebrations such as National Reconciliation Week (NRW) and NAIDOC.
Our gender equality strategy aims to improve organisational capability, productivity and performance. Supporting all genders to thrive at work enables us to bring diverse perspectives to our decision-making and reflect the communities where we work.
Women comprise 60% of our total workforce and occupy 17% of our key management positions.
