Invested in communities
We invest in causes that will impact the communities where we live and work the most. By supporting the issues that affect our people we hope to build resilient and adaptable communities.
My Pathway is committed to recognising and advancing the efforts of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We aim to support reconciliation through an improved awareness of culture, and we invest in programs that develop Indigenous capability.
More than 29% of our staff identify as Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander and we have long-standing connections with many remote Indigenous communities throughout Australia.
Our gender equality strategy aims to improve organisational capability, productivity and performance. Supporting all genders to thrive at work enables us to bring diverse perspectives to our decision-making and reflect the communities where we work.
Women comprise 58% of our total workforce and occupy 15% of our key management positions. We are focused on developing our female talent and improving succession planning to achieve an improved representation at the executive level.
