Invested in people
At My Pathway we’re invested in people. This includes our staff, our clients, our partners and the communities where we operate. We aim to support the causes and issues that impact our people the most so they can be their best at work and at home. We believe there is strength in diversity and embrace the geographic, social and cultural diversity experienced in our business.
My Pathway is committed to recognising and advancing the efforts of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We aim to support reconciliation through an improved awareness of culture, and we invest in programs that develop Indigenous capability.
More than 26% of our staff identify as Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander and we have long-standing connections with many remote Indigenous communities throughout Australia.
Each year we participate in key Indigenous celebrations such as National Reconciliation Week (NRW) and NAIDOC.
Our gender equality strategy aims to improve organisational capability, productivity and performance. Supporting all genders to thrive at work enables us to bring diverse perspectives to our decision-making and reflect the communities where we work.
Women comprise 60% of our total workforce and occupy 17% of our key management positions.
We have been a recipient of the Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) citation for three years and our CEO is a Pay Equity Ambassador. We publicly commit to efforts that will promote gender equality in the workplace.
