We manage the following:

Process apprenticeship commencement and pass on payments Administer the placement of an apprentice or trainee including all Government paperwork

All HR requirements including end to end recruitment, performance management of disciplinary actions

Apprentices and trainees are covered under our WorkCover and we take care of payroll and end of year reporting

We manage the SRTO (Supervised Registered Training Organisation) and keep the trainee/apprentice on track

Regular workplace visits and check ins

You can hand back your apprentice and trainee at any time with a weeks’ notice if needed

What you need to do as a host employer:

Provide a safe work environment that provides a range of work required for you apprentice/trainee

Ensure we get a weekly time sheet signed off by a nominated supervisor

We will invoice you for wages and associated on costs plus our administration fee on a weekly basis
