Workforce Australia Tender Outcomes

The Department of Employment, Skills and Employment has announced the new Workforce Australia providers. My Pathway is both surprised and disappointed that we have not been granted a license to deliver the new contract commencing 1 July 2022.

We have demonstrated success delivering jobactive with multiple 5-star performance ratings. These results have seen our organisation ranked amongst the top-performing jobactive providers nationwide. We delivered a strong bid built on the foundation of these proven performance achievements.

Despite this setback, we remain committed to our current jobactive clients and will continue to support them until the end of our contract. We are grateful to the countless participants who trusted us to support their journey, and our dedicated team will continue to connect job seekers with meaningful and sustainable employment.

We also remain invested in our communities and ongoing employment services and training programs throughout regional Queensland and Tasmania. We will continue to deliver both the ParentsNext and Disability Employment Services contracts across these regions.

We thank the communities and people of North and North Western Tasmania for allowing us the opportunity to help create social and economic impact. We assure you that we are actively exploring opportunities to provide new employment supports to the communities that are affected by this contractual change.
